ABNT NBR 15,000 and Standard NIJ STD 0180

In the armoring field, this is the main standard adopted. It strictly observes weapons and their calibers; parameters of distance and number of shots; mass, configuration, acceleration and speed of projectiles; temperature, wind speed, etc.

Brazilian Army Registration title

VAULT has the The Brazilian Army registration permit for manufacturing, trade and installation of opaque and transparent armors Level III and IIIA, required throughout the Brazilian territory. Certificates: Retex 2T-779-SP-10, Retex 2276-08 and 2377-08 Retex (See "Image Gallery" at the bottom of page).

Certificate given by the Civil Police

Due to the controlled nature of the products, VAULT has the licenses to manufacture, for the installation and marketing of opaque and transparent armor products: Permit No. 2458/09, 2457/09 and Permit No. Permit No. 1785/09 (See "Image Gallery" at the bottom of the page).


Certificates and ballistic resistance of reports issued by the CBC (Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos - Brazilian Cartridge Company) and by the Laboratório de Componentes da Construção Civil (Building Components Laboratory ) - FALCAO BAUER, in accordance with international standards - Standard NIJ STD 0108.01 - USA, provide VAULT with product reliability and seriousness expected by its customers.


The CETESB (CETESB - Companhia Ambiental do Estado de São Paulo) License (Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo) reinforces the commitment of VAULT to the environment.

SGS and CE

Through inspections, checks and testing, the SGS Certification controls the quality, quantity and technical specifications of products in different segments. The CE Marking indicates that the product to which it is affixed is in compliance with product safety guidelines of the European Union.


TÜV Rheinland tests, evaluates and certifies products, ensuring the safety and quality of systems and services in various areas.


This is the Global Conformity Assessment System for electronic components and related materials which indicates that the items and processes comply with the Standards, Technical Specifications and "Data Sheets" indicated by the manufacturers / suppliers.

RoHS e Green Building

The RoHS certification (Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances) is a European law that prohibits the use of certain hazardous substances in product manufacturing processes: cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr (VI)), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) and lead (Pb).

Another VAULT Certification is the Green Building Council Brazil, which encourages the use of sustainable construction in the country, and chose to disseminate throughout the market the LEED® certification system (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design®) adapted to the Brazilian reality. This gives the project the opportunity to receive the LEED certification.
